Watering:  Does not need to be constantly most, allow to dry out a little between watering. Water when half the soil has dried out. 

Humidity: To keep this Plant happy, keep humidity levels high, would love a humidifier or misting every few days. 

Light: Bright indirect Light, Direct sunlight will burn and discolour leaves (Add some grow lights to promote healthy new leaves)

Temperature: Prefers warm environments.
