This wonderful Alocasia Watsoniana 'Lightening'  gets its name from intricate silver venation resembling lightning strikes all along the edges of its Elephant-ear foliage. This unique and rare alocasias  is coloured deep green and  frosty silver, which looks like Ice on its leaves. This makes for a very distinct and beautiful foliage. As it matures the veins become even more pronounced and striking. You won't catch this lovely alocasia in many places here in the UK. So if you love Alocasias and are looking for something a little different this is definitely the one for you.

Watering:  Alocasias like slightly moist soil. water once top inch has dried. Do not let plant dry out, but prone to root rot! so make sure soil is well draining.
 
Humidity: Prefers High humidity leaves and would love a humidifier or misting every few days.
 
Light: Bright indirect Light, Direct sunlight will burn and discolour leaves (Add some grow lights to promote healthy new leaves)
 
Temperature: Prefers warm environments.
