Watering:  Let soil dry between watering, do not let sit in water and WATER LIGHTLY as very prone to root rot.  
 
Humidity: Prefers High humidity leaves and would love a humidifier or misting every few days.
 
Light: Low to medium indirect Light. Direct sunlight can scotch leaves, but does well with grow lights. 
 
Temperature: Prefers warm environments, do not expose to cold draughts.
